Jennifer FitzSimons

Jennifer enjoys many styles of yoga and likes to share an eclectic mix with her students. Experiencing union of mind, body and spirit is the focus in her classes.  Jen hopes to extend the practice of yoga beyond the mat into a way of life, all day, every day. She believes that the goal of the practice is to experience connection to the Divine Self. And that this unity with self, leads to unity with others and the earth.  Peace within...Peace out!

Jody Seaborn

Jody started practicing yoga as a complimentary exercise for her many outdoor activities and found something much greater, a deep understanding of the power of interconnected breath and movement and their potential to nurture and heal the body, mind, and spirit. It is this interconnection and the resulting calm abiding sense of peace that Jody seeks to nurture within her students through her teaching.

Jody continues to practice different styles of yoga, seeking to learn from many lineages and teachers integrating this into her own practice and teaching.  She has been teaching for the past five years and is currently teaching both Sivananda and Flow Vinyasa classes. Jody emphazises breath and alignment and the harmony between strength, flexibility, and balance in each of her classes.

Laurie Van Cott

Laurie was introduced to yoga as a teenager and learned early on about it's benefits as it helped her with her back pain from scoliosis and tension headaches. Laurie's love for yoga and it's therapeutic aspects lead her to choose a career in physical therapy where she shares its healing abilities with others. Her teaching style is a blend of yoga influences grounded in a studied knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics. She loves the challenge of encouraging people to find the ability to move within their bodies without overwelming them with medical terminology, and she welcomes the gift to guide others to build spirit and determination in themselvesa

Virginia Thomas

Virginia has over 18 years of experience in the health and fitness field.  She is a certified Pilates instructor, Professional Personal Fitness Trainer, Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant and Massage Therapist.  Her experience ranges from working with Bodybuilders in the 80’s to the Canadian Olympic mountain biking team in the 90’s. In the 2000’s she was a partner at The Atlantic Avenue Pilates Studio in Delray Beach Florida before moving to the Hood River area where she has recently opened a pilates studio. Her clients range from in athletic abilities such as windsurfers, mountain bikers, and skiers to those of varying ages seeking rehabilitation from lower back, neck and shoulder pain.

She is interested in all aspects of the body, mind and soul. She believes that each one alone does not or is not the definition of a healthy person. To become a truly fit person each individual must determine where those imbalances are and negotiate a lifestyle that will bring them to that state of holistic balance.

Meredith Holcomb

Meredith has been attracted to a life of spirituality from an early age which has inspired her to continually seek out the meaning of her connection to Spirit. It was a very natural progression when the practice of yoga was introduced to her. The magical experience of becoming consciously awakened and integrated through the physical into the metaphysical fact that ALL is One ignited Meredith’s commitment to study and practice yoga full time. Her passion for sharing the transformational practices of yoga is expressed directly through her warm and creative teaching. Meredith believes the wisdom that resides in Yoga radiantly reveals Life as possibility and brings us back to the Truth of who we are!

Trish Kepple

Trish has been a health and fitness enthusiast throughout her life.  She began undergraduate work in physical therapy, finished with a psychology degree, and then sought to combine the two fields by becoming a Massage Therapist.  She has worked in massage for almost 9 years, concentrating in therapeutic, rehabilitative, and prenatal bodywork.  Trish began practicing yoga 7 years ago, and especially appreciated its benefits through two pregnancies.  Now seeking to enhance her personal and professional mind-body-spirit wellness, she is thrilled to be involved with the Pre- and Post- Natal Flow yoga classes.  Trish completed her Yoga Alliance 200 RYT program through YogaFit, and her Personal Trainer certification through ACE.
