Class Descriptions

Flow
Active, flowing style yoga class (vinyasa yoga) proven to improve strength, cardiovascular health, and flexibility. This class is appropriate for all levels. You will be given options in each pose so that you feel challenged, yet successful. Without breaking the natural flow from pose to pose, the focus will be on alignment and breath.

Power Flow
Power vinyasa class that challenges your strength, flexibility and endurance. Be prepared to sweat! Previous flow yoga experience suggested.

YogaCore
Active, flowing style yoga class for all levels (vinyasa yoga) emphasizing core essentials of alignment and strengthening the core/abdominal/gluteal muscles for power from the center of your body outward.

YogaFit Kids
Fitness, friendship, and positive self-image is the focus here (ages 3-10). Evening classes are taught the same time as adult class so parents can attend their own class at the same time!

Slow Flow
Meditation in motion, focuses on mindful awareness of the body through alignment and longer holds of postures. This practice encourages a balance between engagement and willful surrender through a moderate flowing style. Beginners & All Levels welcome.

Cycle
A fun and inspiring class where we tap into our active energy through music and movement while training on a specially-designed bike!

Pregnancy yoga

Pregnancy Yoga-classes are designed to help women increase energy and vitality, to soften, surrender and deeply relax. Emphasis is on breathwork, listening to one's body and connecting with baby. Women gain confidence in their ability to give birth and mother their newborn child as they learn to trust their inner voice and be powerful. Sessions include special birth partner classes, focusing on communication, breathing and massage techniques as well as positions for labor and birth. Pregnancy yoga is followed up with Post Partum Yoga for new moms and their babies. A wonderful time for moms to come together and meet each other's babies and support one another.

Deeper Flow
Deeper Flow– an active, flowing vinyasa-style class where your instructor will integrate some of the devotional and philosophical aspects of yoga into our asana practice—blending with the rhythm of our bodies and breath. All levels welcome

Hot Power Flow
Power vinyasa class taught in a hot room. This is our most challenging class. Stength, flexibility and endurance. Be prepared to sweat!

Hot-26
Hot 26- is a series of 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises performed in a hot room.

Gentle Flow
This class is designed for participants looking for a modified , supported, gentle flow yoga class. Appropriate for all ages and abilities. Julia Jones teaches this group with her kind support and guidence so that every member feels successful as they practice their yoga.

Mommy and Me
Parents and pre-crawling babies are welcome in this class.
This class is developed to feed the growing bond between parents and babies. We will practice in a supportive environment helping new mothers to ease back into their yoga practice.

Yin / Restore
Adi teaches a meditative, supportive, and restorative class. 60 minutes of yin and restorative poses, followed by 30 min of meditation. All levels welcome.

Adjusters
Sybil and Jody team teach a slow flow format with both teachers offering hand-on Adjustments or Enhancements. This practice is so much more than finding your alignment it is about having their hands, their bodies and their presence to support you as you practice. This class is filled with both great ease and support as well as offering the safe space to walk towrds callange and transformation....a must try!

Flow Restore
A great blend of yang and yin energy. We will do an active, flowing vinyasa practice to build sun/ha/yang energy, and then follow with long, deep, stretches for a more yin/tha/moon focus to bring the mind and body into a deeply relaxed and meditative state.

Yoga for Athletes and Injuries
This class is taught by Laurie Van Cott, physical therapist, and focuses on anatomical alignment, healing, and cross training that includes developing functional strength and flexibility for muscle balance through long holds.

Karma Flow
A free class for all, integrating a vinyasa asana practice and breathwork/pranayama.

Stroller Fit
Show up outside of Flow with your baby, toddler, jog stroller, water bottle, and we'll take you on an outdoor mindbody fitness adventure that balances strength, core power, and flexibility while inspiring health, balance and joy from the inside out.

Dharma Talks

Basic Yoga
Basic Yoga is an alignment-focused class truly for every body size & shape. Free rental mat included. Show up in your favorite T-shirt and comfy pants.

Fusion
A dynamic class that begins with a yoga warm-up, merges into a dynamic strength training program (i.e., safe, yet effective, self-monitored-intensity strength training for real life and all sports), finally, we go down to the mats for core strengthening and deep yoga stretches. This class will be limited to 8 persons because we will be using special equipment like core balls, stability balls, hand weights, and more. You may want to reserve your space ahead of time to be ensured a space.

Kundalini Flow
This class will blend basic warming vinyasa flows with powerful Kriyas. The Kriyas will be easy movements repeated swiftly with breath to facilitate the movement of prana, chi, and our old friends Resistance, Doubt, and Fear. Great midweek energy surge & balance.
